Eco-Viking Main Hall

This interior space was completed as part of my final year project of my Games Design degree. The architectural style was intended to be reminiscent of old norse styles of building construction with a present day ecological and sustainability focus. This particular space was the most complex of all the environments I completed during the project and took around 3 weeks. The texturing had a stylising filter applied to match the other environments of the project

The ceiling was made using a voronoi noise with thin portions of wood and corrugated metal to create the effect of artificial leaves

The staircases towards the corners of the building were designed to evoke the feeling of a constructed tree. Natural in their forms but with clearly human made elements

These lights were intended to add a reason to have nice soft light throughout the space. They were inspired by bee hives
